But for now, I bring this topic up to showcase this creative music video made by the French band Archimède. It seems they've ransacked their local record shop for certain album covers to then mask up certain people and objects. It's very well thought out, and I wonder what further covers could be used for effect as well. There's lots of guys and gals covered up in the clip, but imagine stretches like the Climax Blues Band's Flying the Flag or the Infected Mushroom' Converting Vegetarians. In any case, check out this stroke of genius yourself (the song is pretty catchy too)!
WTF?
WTF indeed! We stand for Films, Tunes, and Whatever else we feel like (not necessarily in order!) Professor Nonsense heads the 'Whatever' department, posting ramblings ranging from the decrepit, to the offbeat, to the just plain absurd! The mysterious Randor takes helm of the 'Tunes' front, detailing the various melodic messages he gets in earfuls. Weekly recommendations and various musings follow his shadows. Finally, our veteran movie critic, Lt Archie Hicox, commands the 'Film' battlefield, giving war-weathered reviews on flicks the way he sees them. Through the eyes of a well-versed renegade, he stands down for no man! Together we are (W)hatever(T)unes(F)ilms!

You've Got Album on Your Face...
Album covers. They can mean anything, really. Sometimes they engross the title of the album, sometimes they paint the theme or content of the songs. They can show the band or singer, either professionally, artistically, or even just by name. Occasionally they show nothing but some random scene or object. In any case, there is ALWAYS a motive the group picks a certain cover for their record, even if the reason is not to have a reason. One thing I wanna get going here is a collection of good, or at least unique, album covers that we like. Perhaps even a zoo of bad ones.
