"Little Lover" by AC/DC from the album High Voltage. 1975.
Long before they walked The Razors Edge; before they came Back in Black; even before they strutted down the Highway to Hell, AC/DC had their humble start with the Australia-only release High Voltage. Although an international album with the same title it only featured two of the same songs. In fact, the songs were slowly leaked worldwide through the years until at last the final two tracks were compiled on a 2009 rarities boxset.
"Little Lover", though, made the cut to the second High Voltage album. Among AC/DC fans, it may be fairly well known indeed. But for the average listener, perhaps less so? It certainly shows the slowed down side of the band, much like "Night Prowler." Instead of the signature fast riffs and loud vocals, you'll discover a sultry groove. A welcome addition to their library of rock, no doubt.
